  • Application form along with the photocopies of requisite documents is to be submitted in person after the date of submission of application online by the candidates.
  • All the documents are to be produced in original at the time of submission of photocopies of the documents.
  • Documents are to be submitted in respective Division Office i.e Jammu Division applicants to report to Jammu Office and Kashmir Division Candidates to report to Srinagar Office. Office address are available on the Website.
