Application form for Registration in JK Medical Council



The provisional Registration to the candidates who has completed their MBBS from other States within the Country will be issued after getting Provisional Registration and No Objection Certificate from the respective Medical Council.Provisional Certificate is valid for one year from the date of issue or till the completion of internship.

Permanent Registration to such candidates will also be issued after getting Permanent Registration and No Objection Certificate from their respective Medical Council and Internship Completion Certificate from their respective College/University from where they have completed their MBBS.

Important Note :


  • Application form along with the photocopies of requisite documents is to be submitted in person after the date of submission of application online by the candidates.
  • All the documents are to be produced in original at the time of submission of photocopies of the documents.
  • Documents are to be submitted in respective Division Office i.e Jammu Division applicants to report to Jammu Office and Kashmir Division Candidates to report to Srinagar Office. Office address are available on the Website.
