Application form for Good Standing Certificate Registration in JK Medical Council

Instructions for applicants to fill the Good Standing Certificate form.


  1. Fill your details/write spellings as per registration certificate issued by J&K Medical Council.

  2. Details filled by the applicant are reflected on their Good Standing, so the applicants are advised to fill their details carefully.

  3. Good Standing Certificate issued by J&K Medical council is valid for 3 months only.

  4. Good Standing Certificate will be issued with in 10-15 working days positively after the fee is received by this office from the bank.

  5. The applicants shall download their Good Standing Certificates from the website jkmedicalcouncil.in with their same login details.
