Instructions for applicants to fill the CME Registration form.

1. Registration should be done before 15 days.


2. Details filled by the applicant are reflected on their CME Letter; therefore applicants are advised to fill their details carefully.


3. During CME/Workshop, photographs are to be taken with geo-tagging (date and time) and maintain attendance of delegates/participants for uploading in Post-CME. Attendence of faculty member's/ Doctor's only needed to be tagged as CME Credit points and be given to them only and not to other staff.


4. The list of delegates/Participants are to be shared through e-mail on jkmedicalcouncilacademic@gmail.com/jkmedicalcouncil@gmail.com with observer’s comments/signature after the workshop for issuing of credit points.


5. The applicants can download their CME Certificates from the website jkmedicalcouncil.in with their same login details.

7. The organisers of the programme(CME/Workshop) should send an invitation letter to the observer inviting him to attend the programme as observer.


8. No promotions and no sponsor names on certificates, mementos, awards, folders, souvenirs etc & no sponsor banners inside the conference hall.
